    Lu-Ann is a school MIS consultant with over nine years of experience supporting schools through practical, people-centred software training and implementation. Known for her collaborative approach, she has worked closely with educators and school teams to simplify systems, improve adoption, and achieve positive outcomes. Lu-Ann is valued for her supportive nature, strong customer focus, and genuine commitment to helping schools and educators succeed.

    Adam is experienced in all manner of hands-on technical problem solving. His work within test analyst roles, combined with an aptitude for understanding complex digital systems has led him to being a strong digital service operator, with a wide array of adjacent skills ranging from graphic design, professional documentation, computer hardware and more.

  • Gareth

    Gareth is the Technical Support and Software Development Lead at Clements & Cox, bringing over 15 years of experience in enterprise software, infrastructure, architecture, and knowledge management. Certified in TOGAF 8 and 9, he also completed advanced architecture programs and graduated with distinction in Strategic Information Systems Planning through UNISA’s Centre for Software Engineering. Gareth has worked across all areas of IT, from hardware to enterprise architecture. He also received recognition for pioneering work on the Graphical Language Server Protocol in Smalltalk and continues to deliver innovative, enterprise-grade technical solutions and leadership.
